When will my Legend ship?

Orders placed now are expected to ship in early 2026. You’ll receive updates at every stage β€” from production to delivery β€” so you always know what’s happening.

What happens if the shipment is delayed or the release date changes?

If manufacturing or logistics cause a delay, you’ll get an immediate update with the new expected delivery date. You can cancel anytime before shipping for a full refund, or within 30-days of receiving your Legend.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes. You can cancel a pre-order any time before your pendant ships and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Or within 30-days of receiving it if you change your mind.

How do refunds work?

Once your cancellation or return is processed, refunds are automatically issued to the payment method used for your purchase.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes β€” within 30 days of receiving your pendant. If it arrives damaged or doesn’t perform as promised, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund.

Can I change or update my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, up until your unit ships. Simply contact our support team with your order number and new address.

Can I change the necklace?

Your Legend pendant comes with a high-quality chain, but you are more than welcome to replace it with your own existing chain that you bought or your loved one gave you.

How do I charge it?

Legend charges via a USB-C cable (included), or your existing iPhone/Android charging cable. A full charge takes around 2 hours and lasts up to 2 days of continuous use or 5 days of standby.

Is it safe around medical devices?

Legend uses low-power Bluetooth and magnetic charging. As with any wearable device, people with implanted medical devices should consult their physician before use.

Can I use it internationally?

Yes. Legend works worldwide via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and syncs through the cloud.

Can multiple people use one pendant?

Each pendant is linked to a single user account to ensure privacy and security. You can unpair and re-link it at any time through the app.

What happens if I lose my pendant?

Your data is safely stored in the cloud, not on the device. You can remotely deactivate it and request a discounted replacement as a Founders Edition owner, or order a new one.

Can multiple people use one pendant?

How private is my data?

We have an anonymized cloud endpoint and zero day retention with all our AI model providers, so no data processed by the models will be stored by any third party or traceable to a single person.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit and is only accessible by you.

Does it record continuously?

If you want it to. We heard the issue with other devices is having to remember to tap record or transcribe, so Legend was made with that in mind so you can just leave it on all day – and mute when you need.

Can I delete my data?

Yes, instantly. You can delete any conversation or your entire history directly in the app.

How does unlimited transcription + storage work?

All captured audio is automatically synced, transcribed, and stored securely in your private account β€” with no limits and no additional fees.

Compatability and Performance

Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. The Legend App is available for both iOS and Android.

What’s the onboard storage?

Legend includes internal memory for several hours of offline capture before automatically syncing to the cloud.

Does it require Wi-Fi or cellular connection?

Legend can capture data offline. Once reconnected via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, everything syncs automatically.

How does it handle background noise or multiple speakers?

Legend’s custom microphone array isolates voices and distinguishes speakers for accurate, natural-sounding transcripts.

Can I connect it to multiple devices?

Each pendant connects to one phone at a time. You can easily switch devices by unpairing from Bluetooth settings and linking again in the app.

Will it receive updates over time?

Yes. Legend receives regular over-the-air software and firmware updates via the app to improve AI accuracy, battery performance, and new features.

What warranty does Legend include?

Every pendant comes with a limited lifetime hardware warranty and 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If it stops working, we'll replace it for free provided it hasn't been submerged under water, thrown into the washing machine, or undergone extreme physical damage.

What if I have trouble setting up my Legend?

Is the battery replaceable?
